My Frank makeup! Whatcha think?
Oh god, I’m playing Frank for the first time on Saturday night and I’m worrying out of my wits!!! AHHHH!!! I’ve been watching the movie since I was a wee child, and I’ve played Janet, Magenta, Dr.Scott and filled in for almost every other part at random times (sometimes at the same time!) but never Frank… So I’m freaking out!!!

Interviewer: So, you're saying there's no similarity between you and that character in any way, right?
Tim Curry: Oh I don't know what the similarities are, I'll probably still be documenting for the next 20 or 25 years. I mean, the thing about playing somebody like Frank is that it wakes you up to all those possibilities as well. The one thing that I've always been very concerned to do is to not limit myself either. Whether it's artistically, or to women, or physically or sexually. He's been a great lesson to me, let's put it that way.
